Camping at Santa Cruz 2012

This year for our annual camping trip we went to Santa Cruz again (year 3) it was a lot of fun. There were 16 of us this year: The Books, the Fosters, the Richardsons, the Collins, and our family of 5. We went Thursday June 28th- Sunday July 1st. I was very nervous about taking 2 babies one breast feeding and the other all over. But I am very lucky to have such wonderful friends who helped out a lot while I was busy with a kid or cooking or doing whatever. Alisha was wonderful and did all the food shopping for us this year. Thank you! I was incharge of the 2 dinners and I have to say they turned out wonderful thanks to my husband:-) so Thursday we went to the boardwalk for dinner and some rides. Rylee had SO much fun going on the rides with her dad. I think everyone had a good time. Friday we went to the beach and made sandcastles. Well Bryan made a sandcastle and the kids played in the sand. Ace was so funny and enjoined eating the sand just as much as he did the dirt. Saturday the Books and us went to the train museum and the visitor center at Henry Crowell redwood. Not so much fun but we got some cute pictures and out of the campsite for a little bit. Then that night after dinner we went and got some yummy ice cream. Sunday we packed up and came home. It was fun family memories.
