Adams surgery

My baby had surgery on September 27 2012. He was such a trooper. He had a hipospatious repair. His surgery was 2 hours. He did great, didn't like the iv. Poor guy! A week later he is almost back to normal in sleeping and eatting. 5 more weeks until he can go in a jumper or play thing. I love this guy! Here are pictures at the hospital.

Gilroy garden

So I have fallen behind in my posts. Of course. Well this weekend we went to gilroy gardens it was so fun. We had a birthday in Fairfield on Saturday and then gilroy on Sunday. Fun family weekend. Kelsey was crazy in the hotel and Adam decided he would become a master at rolling and spinning around the room. He is almost sitting up on his own. He is at about 5 secs.

Reno trip

So Bryan talked me into going to Reno for a get away. Well I told him we could go as a birthday present to him. I had decided I was able to leave Adam for a few nights. So Kristen and Rusty and Bryan and I took off for a relaxing, childless weekend. Alisha kept the girls Friday-Sunday and on Friday she had Adam until my mon got off work. Then my Mom had him and Savannah for the weekend. Friday when we got there we had lung and took a nap then played a little and had dinner. Bryan started to not feel good so we didn't stay up to late. Then Saturday we got up and had a bite to eat, played a little, ate lunch then headed to the spa. Kristen and I hung out at the spa for a couple hours then went back to the room to nap. Bryan went down and watched the race and I stayed in the room and watched a girl movie, took a bath, and ate resee in bed. After the race we all went out to circus circus and had dinner. Then we went and Bryan won the kids toys and rusty won Savannah a banana. We then went back to the Peppermill and I got to play Pai gow poker. I had so much fun. I have 6... Maybe 7 drinks at the table while I played as well as I got to play for 3 hours. I was having a great night. Oh and I got to get a new ring. Here are a couple pictures I took.

Adam 4 months

So July 5 Adam had his check up apt for 4 months. I had gotten sick late the night before so Bryan ended up taking him. He weight 15 lbs and was 26.5 inches long. 90% for height. My baby is getting so big. He laughs and smiles at anyone who will look at him. He scoots but only in the crib and he has rolled over a few times. I think he would more if I laid him down on the floor. He has been just a joy and blessing to our family. I love having a little boy and I can't wait to see the man that God wants him to be.

July 4th 2012

This year we went to Alisha's for the 4th. She always does such a cute job hosting parties. She decorates so cute and always makes cute yummy food. This party was no different. We swam, ate, and hung out with good friends.

Camping at Santa Cruz 2012

This year for our annual camping trip we went to Santa Cruz again (year 3) it was a lot of fun. There were 16 of us this year: The Books, the Fosters, the Richardsons, the Collins, and our family of 5. We went Thursday June 28th- Sunday July 1st. I was very nervous about taking 2 babies one breast feeding and the other all over. But I am very lucky to have such wonderful friends who helped out a lot while I was busy with a kid or cooking or doing whatever. Alisha was wonderful and did all the food shopping for us this year. Thank you! I was incharge of the 2 dinners and I have to say they turned out wonderful thanks to my husband:-) so Thursday we went to the boardwalk for dinner and some rides. Rylee had SO much fun going on the rides with her dad. I think everyone had a good time. Friday we went to the beach and made sandcastles. Well Bryan made a sandcastle and the kids played in the sand. Ace was so funny and enjoined eating the sand just as much as he did the dirt. Saturday the Books and us went to the train museum and the visitor center at Henry Crowell redwood. Not so much fun but we got some cute pictures and out of the campsite for a little bit. Then that night after dinner we went and got some yummy ice cream. Sunday we packed up and came home. It was fun family memories.

June fun

This summer has been both challenging and a lot of fun for me! I am enjoying my 3 kids with their unique personalities! Rylee has turned into a wonderful little girl who loves to dance and do crafts. She also loves to play with Kelsey and push my buttons. I love that girl. Kelsey is non stop and into everything. She makes me laughall the time and has a wonderful smile. She is also starting the two stage. Adam is such a mommy boy. He loves to be with me. He has been letting others hold him more which makes me happy. He had been having a challenge putting on some weight which I think is because of him spitting up. He has a great smile and a wonderful laugh.

This month we have had birthdays, kept Savannah for a day, gone swimming, and hung out!

This was our first week of summer vacation. Well Rylee is now out of school. We have had a fun relaxing week. We have played dress up, cheered, colored, and acted silly.
